I usually add mortar shells in as a rare find in these quarries, as shells are expensive to make and there would be a possibility that there used to be an a stockpile of equipment there. So with the same logic, wouldn't you be able to find weapons from an old tribe and get old, low quality spears and swords, or maybe even find an old World-War 2 era stockpile where you can get stuff as ammunition, bolt-action rifle and if you have the right mods, even find weapons from World-War 2. So basically you would be turning your quarry into an archaeological operation. It is something you can do now by editing your setting yourself, but i just feel like it would make sense to come with the mod itself.
