(+) Alt Fire to activate pressure
(+) Pressure grants +33% Fire Rate, +33% Reload Speed, +33% faster health regen rate, and crit immunity for 8 seconds
(-) -10% move speed on wearer

Would serve as useless when you think about it. It's hard to land syringe shots. A clip size penalty basically kills it.

Look, I'm SERIOUSLY a very creative person, but I can't think of anything good right now. But how about...

The Blood Pressure:
15% faster projectile speed
Syringes will fall 70% slower (gravity won't affect the weapon as much as other syringe guns)
[-15% firing speed] OR [25% clip size penalty]

good ideas
+ | No damage fall off
+ | Syringes follow a straight path (like firing a bullet from sniper's gun)
+ | Hitting an enemy with 3 syringes in under 10 seconds will cause a bleeding effect ("Donating")
+ | Being within 3 meters of a "Donating" enemy heals you for 5 hp per second

-/+ | 25 damage per syringe

- | 40% fire rate
- | Enemies under the "Donating" effect are immune to crits dealt by you (secretly a good thing [sometimes])

idea related to its name:
+1 second of bleeding/syringe hitting
+build pressure. once 200 damage is dealt, convert it into uber (50% of uber gauge)
-25% damage dealt per syringes.
-10% movement speed.

it forces the user to play more aggressively, but in exchange help him to build uber faster.
if you wonder why only 400 damages are needed to get a full ubercharge ready...Did you ever played medic? you are the first target of the enemy team.

Donating Bar: When done 300 damage this bar will be filled and for 15 seconds your syringes will deal bleed for 5 seconds
-Uber Charge meter is increased by 25% (So it takes longer to fill)
-Uber Charge meter is used up faster by 25% (So it takes longer to fill)

Pros:

Hitting enemy medics decreases there undercharge by 1% per syringe
-15% damage

Hold down reload (default R) while standing still to charge pressure meter
When pressure meter is full right click to activate
When pressure is activated all nearby enemy's are inflicted with bleed for 5 seconds
User is marked for death while charging
+5% damage vulnerability on wearer when not active
Reloads automatically while not active (like the flare gun) at a rate of 5 syringe per second

When Ubercharge is above %80, damage and firing speed is increased by %20
%15 slower firing speed
%15 less accurate
No random crits
