If you're changing jobs and the camera shows the spawn location but you still spawn at default location then this could be down to DarkRP confliction.

How to Fix -

1# - Find garrysmod/addons/darkrpmodification/lua/darkrp_config/settings.lua on your server.
2# - (Line 123) Set GM.Config.norespawn = false
3# - (Line 125 Set GM.Config.instantjob = true
4# - (Line 61) Set GM.Config.customspawns = true
5# - Restart the server

I also see that a lot of people cant find the 'teleport' area. You will need to use !menu > cmds > teleport then use one of the set spawn options.
