Ch 2 felt better for the above reasons but mostly that it was not as confined or dark. The scarcity of tools definitely compounded deaths as it meant that if you died in certain sections you were stuck without a primary for a pretty significant span of time, even without a decent secondary if you couldn't find a spare pistol.
Ch 3 I don't have much to say because it was too short in comparison to the first 2, I was genuinely shocked when I saw the safe room signs when I think back on the slog that was the first 2 levels.
I got caught by this, I thought it was strange there wasn't a straight forward objective to go to on the platform and ran through a train onto the tracks, couldn't find my way back or forward in time but that is just probably me being dumb and not seeing the way back.
