So I just completed the campaign on single player having obtained all the gems (including the red gem.) The game ends with a protective shield around the Big Brother house and a "where are they now?" sort of send off for all the villains you faced. I am assuming that because the Red Gem was utilized, this is the secret ending?

In any case, what happens in each of the three endings so I can know for sure which one I got?

I'm also curious if there is going to be a sequel considering we see Dr N.Tropy escaping in the first functional escape pod. The ending also says the plague is still out there.
