A new achievement for using this during Halloween 2014+?
Maybe along the lines of the achievement

Title:
'True Love takes a beating'

How you get it:
Hit someone with your heart to make them bleed, then when the bleeding is finished you have to kill them with a crit. Then it will play the achievement sound and have the trophy over your head

What the thumbnail would be:
Maybe a Scout holding a heart?

It would be great for this to be an achievement item. Maybe you have to bodyshot someone under the affects of the heart with either a crusaders crossbow or a huntsman (cupid) to get the achievement.

uh... how can you get crit to get achivement without trying several times

it can be crit or mini-crit, which means you use crit-o-cola. Plus, the Heavy had an achievement for a crit, why not Scout?

Maybe something like this
"Bleeding Hearts"
You have to use this item, or the Wrap assassin, and hit somebody to make them bleed. Then you have to use the Flying Guillotine to refresh that person's bleed timer. (If that's how it works)
And another one.
"Ubercharge Surgery"
Use this weapon to kill a medic who has an ubercharge ready.
One for medic, too.
"From deep down inside"
Kill 10 scouts with this weapon active with the Solemn Vow.
