Blood on Weapons
I found a mod that adds blood on weapons. Do check incompatible mod's list on it tho if you want it to function well :D

Yeah I'm pretty sure it works with almost all weapons that let you have your own viewmodel (i think) I've used this on TFA, default, Erectangle's Sweps, etc. The only one that doesn't work is FA:S weapons.
