I tried to run it with ark server manager and it says that it is not updated, and caused the server a fatal error.

I just released an update a little while ago. Did you update it to the latest version on your server?

You need to verify the mods - that is not an issue related to the mod but a failed installation through ASM.

ALERT: it seems, not all spawn codes are working. I tried some for men but the items did not appear. Some spawn codes function, some not. Can you add the corrected spawn codes? Thanks.

any of them all the tops just will not scale completly :( massive poke threws!

I'd suggest maybe try reinstalling? I don't believe this is a normal issue.
