My texture source comes from the Half-Life 2 textures. All I did was add a transparency effect.

It could be that we used the same source for our textures, as we are not professionals. That mod was inspiration for me, but the poor previews led me to not download it.
If you had the audacity to look in vpks, you would find that ripple texture in materials/particle/warp_ripple_normal.
In addition, my mod includes an additional texture, that replaces splash2.

I decided to crack open the watersplash mod that you accuse me of stealing, and our textures aren't even the same. You should know, as you ported it.
The splash effect isn't even included in the addon files - that's because it's content from the base game.
I rest my case.

Your claims are unsubstantiated - there has been no investigation on the part of the prosecution, and the rest of your argument is just an ad hominem.
If you, as the perpetuator of the claim that I steal and lie, have done nothing to prove my guilt (which would be showing the vtf that I "stole"), then your argument falls flat. The burden of proof lies on the claimer, not the one who denies the claim.
