A Review and A Few Recommendations.
In it's current state? 2/5, If the mod author still intends to remake this map, I have a couple of suggestions:

First off, that finale. I'm sorry, but it needs serious work. An empty grey box with no throwables and an absurd amount of tanks? The map in general is in need of more visual variety, but it's especially apparent at the end. I would add more- perhaps more turrets, if you insist on having multiple tanks at once, with better coverage. I would also add either more buildings, rubble, or perhaps tents and other ways of adding distinctness. At LEAST one set of healthpacks and throwables.

As for the rest of the campaign: The saferooms were a point of confusion for me and my friends when we played this- The way they looped around made little sense to us. I think it would be better to remove that aspect altogether, as it highlights some of the repetitiveness of the campaign with regards to it's surroundings. I would also advise changing the time of day throughout the campaign. Day, sunset, night, sunrise, again for more visual variety.

I think you should seriously consider replacing or majorly overhauling the second and third levels as well. If you wish to keep the urban theme, perhaps take the survivors through the industiral district of the city into a defunct steel mill, dimly lit by flares and vats of burning metal, full of witches drawn by the warmth of the molten material. The crescendo could be restoring power to the mill which summons a horde, and they have to hold them off until the doors open.

The next could be a race through the city to whatever building the finale takes place on- perhaps a police station? To differentiate from other maps, maybe the city at night has many police cars, washing it in blue lights and yellow highbeams- and many of these cars still have functioning sirens, meaning that the survivors must do careful platforming and shooting or risk drawing more undead to them.

In all: be bold! Be different! Don't be afraid to try doing something new!
