A high-quality classic. 4/5 stars.

Warcelona is a fan favorite custom campaign for good reason. It's gorgeous, it's just the right length, it's fun to explore, and it has a unique atmosphere. The environments in particular are the main selling point, and they deserve hefty praise for being detailed, believable, and full of personality -- no doubt helped by the oodles of custom assets. I noticed a persistent issue with items floating above the floor sometimes, but it's no deal breaker.

However, this campaign is pretty difficult, and not always in a way I like. All four maps are majorly lacking weapons of any kind, which severely limits gameplay variety. Infected spawns are also high, especially in the difficulty spike of a finale. Frankly, these issues would be manageable if Survivor bots didn't like separating from the group so much in this campaign. No idea what causes that, so bring friends!

In all, Warcelona is still unforgettable despite its issues. You owe it to yourself to try it.
