Report a translation problem
Unrelated to the fulton bug, but something that's also an issue:
Rather than award the alien directly, the Covert-Op spawns a council mission: with no way to regulate or preview the type of alien gained.
This forces the player to undertake the mission regardless of the desirability of the alien in question, as being a council mission means ignoring it will cause the region to lose contact again.
Any way this can be replaced with a direct alien insertion?
