Does anyone know how to change anything in the ini or cheat to guarantee a specific alien?

Thank you so much for this. I kept rinsing the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ covert ops to roll for a Viper, but it just REFUSES to give me one, so this really helped
