Whats the "While they ____, we observed" thing from?
I swear its from another game, part of me thinks an endless space 2 intro, but I can't quite place it

Oh it's probably a trope from somewhere. I didn't choose it from anywhere specifically.

The general idea is that it sounds like an ancient poetic phrase, implying that quiet and unseen observation has been their only contact with the universe. There is something innately frightening about being watched from the void of space.

Personally, I found my intro quite alike the into for Sword of the Stars 2, which was badass.
