Midnight Workshop Bug
When using the midnight workshop to produce midnight components, I've encountered a bug that has persisted through several reloads.

When queueing the workshop to build components I've noticed that it does not produce the number of components I tell it, instead producing ~30% (+/- 10%) of what I ordered. For example an order for 10 midnight reactor components builds only 3ish, and order for 100 building 30-40, and an order for 1000 being lucky to produce 200. While building the number of remaining parts quickly ticks down as if it has completed far more components than it actually has.
This problem does not seem to effect disassembling, although I have had similar problems with Inspired Technologies' HSR Assembler.

I think I've figured out the cause of the bug. The midnight workshop was on a grid that also had several vanilla assemblers set to cooperative mode. I think the midnight workshop tried to send some of the components to be built by the vanilla assemblers which are incapable of producing them, so the order to build them effectively disappears. A workaround I have figured out is to set the midnight workshop to cooperative mode when having it build midnight components in order to prevent it from attempting to send its workload off to other assemblers.
