Hi,
I don't know if this a mod, steam, or just some random bug but there was no name in the following file:
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\ugc_1219847230.mod
The first line read: name=""
It caused your mod not to show up in the Sellaris mod list when staring the game.
