How to solve the missing texture issue.
Here's how:
Step 1: Make sure you have HL-EP1 & HL-EP2 and CSS.
Step 2: Load up Garry's mod
Step 3: Look in the bottom right for a controller icon and click it.
Step 4: Mount (click/check mark) Half-Life Episode 1, Episode 2 and Counter Strike Source (if it is not already). The games that have check marks are mounted already.
Step 5: Close Garry's Mod, reopen Garry's Mod, and open Driver's Heaven.
Step 6: Enjoy!

This is the link for the Game Contents for them

the one that is censored is cscheate,r , remove the Coma
Just put them in the /garrysmod/addons and you're done (Half Life Episode 1 is CS Source)

steam tells me it is a blocked website

copy the link but dont right click copy drag click over it then paste it, get rid of everything up until in between the quote marks.
