It's not that. The helmet feels very tenno, but Valkyr is 100% corpus. Even the Gersemi skin doesn't work with this helmet. I would've seen this fit Nekros better.
TLDR no lore, go wild.
The restraints on her prime version are Orokin style, not corpus. As for the Gersemi ( not gemini) skin, she doesn't have restraints. Valkyr actually has a lore, you can easily read it on the Gersemi skin page, the Valkyr page and hear it in the Valkyr Prime teaser.
Her lore is simple : like all warframes, she was first in her prime version. Then the Orokin fell and she became the Gersemi Valkyr, which got torn apart by Alad V. There you have it.
This helmet is too undetailed for Valkyr, and looks too tenno compared to all the other Tennogen helmet that were accepted for Valkyr.
Just because valkyr was ripped apart by corups doesn't maker her and her design 100% corpus. I wouldn't really call the bastet helmet corpus in design, it feels more tenno designed.
If you don't like it that's fine, if you want to correct people on lore, fine, but don't flat out tell them that they can't like a helmet because it doesn't fit 'muh lore'.
