Diverse Features
Starts:
There are new variations of vanilla starts and brand new starts.

Variations:
Wanderer:
Drifters Last, The Hub, Worlds End or Flats Laggon
Nobodies:

Guy with a Dog variations:

Skeleton Wanderer: Start in Black Desert City
Skeleton and his machine pet: Start in Black Desert City

Special Race Starts:
The Banished Hive Queen -> Play as Banished Hive Queen, start Deadhive Overrun
+ Variable by unlocking Banished Hives or Dead Hives, activate the Prince

New Starts:
Nine nobodies and a garru in Drifters Last, Sho-Battai, Flats Lagoon, Hub or Worlds End
Trio in Drifters Last, Sho-Battai, The Hub, Worlds End or Flats Lagoon
Slave, crippled group in Great Desert (Port South/North) or Holy Nation (Rebirth).

The slaves are there for sale, which means that they do not work in the base. it may be that i will expand or change this in the future. But at the moment it is kept very simple.

Half eaten book are buyable or dropped by animals
Half eaten science book are buyable or dropped by some alphas
Damaged Research Engineering dropped by alphas or skimmer queen
Broken Ai cores dropped by robot spiders & new lost robot spiders
Broken Powered AI Core dropped by Iron Spiders MKII (Wildlife Diversity additation)

Lost Iron Spider MKII are rare spawns at: Arach, Ashlands, Bast, Border Zone, Darkfinger, Floodland, Heng, The great Desert, The Hook and Vain Iron Spider MKII Groups: Ashlands, Cheaters run, Deadland, Iron Valley, Obedience and Sonorous Dark

Construction Guides:

Ai Core construction guide are buyable at World End, Flats Lagoon, Black Desert City or lootable at ancient storages

Powered Ai Core construction guide are only buyable at Black Desert City ( Barspawn: Trashcan Carlo)

The availability of books has been greatly reduced at shop vendors.

Banished Hives:

"Banished Hives were once Dead Hives, having survived the parasitic infection, they have changed a lot and are different from both the Dead Hives and the normal Hive Tribes.

By surviving the infection, the Banished Hives lose the aggresive behavior of the Dead Hive (Fogmen), nevertheless, some prefer to live with them.

The mental abilities are impaired, but they have been physically improved"

Craftable Backpacks

Backbacks are craftable at the backpack crafting bench, fabrics and a backpack kit are needed. The backpack kit is craftable at the toolscrafting workbench.

GenMod adds animal bags to all animals, there is a thieves variant for some animals and for Alpha Animals. All Bags are craftable or buyable.

Animal Thieves Bags have a buff on stealth + combat speed, a smaller debuff on combat. They have - 5x5 area in contrast to the standard animal bags, less weight but twice as expensive.

Synthetic Leather:

Synthetic leather is made at the Synthetic Leather Machine, this requires polymer pellets and fabrics. The leather is identical to the normal leather which is needed for the production of leather armor.

The polymer pellets needs oil and coal, they are made by polymer processor.

Trade Goods:

Pottery:

Pottery is made on a pottery wheel. Clay is needed for this, these are craftable at a multi - Stoneprocessor by using water and stone dust.

Metal goods.

Metal goods are craftable at the toolscrafting workbench, there are tin, copper, bronze, gold and silver metal goods.

Dyeing System

By using Stone Dust Types(Stone Dust can be crafted by using Raw Stone variants, that added by Extended Building Variants) and Benzene you get Dye Containers.

Put dye containers and fabrics into the Clothes Bench (Colored Clothes) to craft colored clothes, dyes can be used 5 times, fabrics still the same like clothes bench.

Needs: Colored Clothing Types I
Tech-Level:3
Costs: 6 Books

Crafting Dyes:

Multi Stone Processor
Raw (colorname) Stone --> (Colorname) Stone Dust

Dyeing Processor
(Colorname) Stone Dust + Benzene = (Colorname) Dye

Packing Table
1. Blue Dye + Green Dye = Packed Dyes (Blue and Green)

2. Red Dye + Packed Dyes (Blue and Green) = Packed Dyes (Red,Green,Blue)

3.Black Dye + White Dye = Packed Dyes (Black & White)

4.Packed Dyes (Red,Green,Blue) + Packed Dyes (Black & White) = Packed Dyes (All)

The process is very complex, if that is too much, the workshop will find alternatives for dyed clothes. The problem where I deal with is the limitation of 2 ingredients in normal items and that you can not specify any ingredients in armor or clothing. Suggestions for improvement are also welcome.

Lantern Crafting

Lanterns are craftable at the Toolscrafting Workbench. They need a Lantern Sheath and Dye, there are different colors regular (White Dye), blue and red.

New Research:

Lantern Crafting
Needs: Oil extraction
Tech-Level:3
Costs: 2 Books

Crafting Lanterns:

Petroleum Distillery
Oil -> Petroleum

Toolcrafting Workbench

First Step:
Petroleum + Iron Plates = Lantern Sheath

Second Step:
Lantern Sheath + (Colorname) Dye = Lantern (Colorname)

For crafting a dye look at dyeing system

It is intended that you will get to Tech Level VII difficult, if you are always looking for the individual take it. Otherwise you have to travel to the spawn areas where you can find groups, but you should already have 3 well trained squads with 10 - 15 people.

You can't but you can build a Storage: Research Stuff, the books are automatically putin after they are done.

However, if you mean to produce more books with fewer resources, you need to change the ingredients via FCS in the items.

What Waystation are you referring to? I've explored a huge area south of Shem and the only places I see are the nomad's settlement and some ruins.

Hey! i love this mod so much, and last update about "tech scribes" i already reported almost every tech notes to the tech scribes in waystation [tech scribes]. Then, i can buy research artifact such as ancient science books and ai cores. The problem is, when i buy AI Cores, i paid 20000 cats for that, and that tech scribes in noble's outfit didn't give me that AI Cores, it just didn't appear in my inventory. But when i tried to buy Ancient Science book, it worked. So, is it a bug or something? can u explain, please? (sorry for my bad english)

it was a bug , just update to Version 191.
