Holster is great, everything else is bad.
The point of a cosmetic like these are to look stylish when combined with others, but the bandana is just ridiculous and the revolver seems forced, the neck is the only cosmetic that might be acceptable but I feel like it just looks too different and players would want it too much.

That's stupid though, any of these items can be easily paired with the Engineer's various other Cowboy/Wild West themed stuff like the Support Spurs or Hat With No Name. Also who cares if a ton of other players would want the neck, that's completely outside of NeoDement's control and just implies he made a cool, desirable item.

That's the point. Craft and grade hats have distinct usages and styles. If one hat stands out too much but doesnt show an item's purpose, it deterates the game.
