The examples you listed don't have an official flag design in Unturned as of the current game version. However, Turkey is already included and I have made my own version of Egypt's flag for a side-project, which I may decide to reuse for here.

israel is good its basic flag like blue dot and 2 blue lines white back (i am from israel i know)

Belgium has a pretty basic flag its a bit similar to germany

Please add Belarus.
