No, first you have to go to the TF2 console and type "quit smoking," which will snub out Bill's cigar, this is one of the first things you must do. If the game closes, you've done it right and can proceed to the next step, in which you have to launch Left 4 Dead 2, and type "Unbindall" in the console. This makes the restraints on the game very weak, allowing you to install mods.

no, it will be installed automaticaly to your game before it will work

No, You have to go into your files and delete System 32. System 32 disables Add-ons from working properly. Delete it and then the add-on will work automatically.
