I have left a command that is to erase an object with aiming the aim and another one to erase all the objects. Now, separate the police barrels in another section to avoid accidentally spawn and not be able to erase them. Some props are usually not easily erased (I don't know what error is due) but unfortunately I have not found a perfect method for this.

Moreover, there is no script command that allows rotating objects. Although I must say that the admin menu was designed for quick use with the admin system commands and not for spawn props.

If you want to have all the objects and be able to delete or rotate, search on google "left 4 dead 2 props sourcemod". In sourcemod with the props plugin it is much more complete, but it requires paying attention to its installation so that it works well. In the workshop it is more difficult to look for it.
