Update: Character Selector
This is the "Character Selector", allows you to change the character you want, but obviously has some errors that I will tell you.

Pros:
Does not require access to the Admin.
Cons:
Requires having at least one active player.

HOW TO USE
  1. GOING IDLE
    Go to the character selector and selection menu where it says "Go to IDLE".
  2. CHARACTER SWITCHING
    First go idle. Then using character selector menu choose another available character.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
When can't go idle You can't go idle if you are the only player, or if all other players are already idle. Careful when switching characters If you switch to a character who is already controlled by other player, you will die and spawn new bot. It's a bug in the game which Valve never fixed.

Note: They have to have this command in infinite value to be able to change teams unlimited times: "vs_max_team_switches 999999".

So please do not tell me these mistakes that happen to you when I warned you.
