Accidentally banned a friend, and now I can not unban
Once, for fun, we banned players on the server that interfered with the game, but inadvertently I clicked on the character that my friend was playing, and he flew out, since then he hasn’t unraveled what to do or maybe even reinstallation .

To un-ban a player, you'll have to manually delete their Steam ID from the banned.txt file. The file is located in:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\ems\admin system."

i dont have a banned txt file but my friend cant join
