Basically when Rayman1103 added the survivor command that allows an extra bot to spawn (not controlled by the player), then it appears that you can spawn survivors from l4d1 on l4d2 maps, but not on l4d1 maps. This is because they are survivors from The Passing campaign, being reinforcements survivors and are not original like the previous bots.
Now what happens with this, this command brings many crash games due to certain problems when you kick the bots very fast, they are vomited at the same time by a boomer, kill all the bots at the same time, change teams, etc. That is why I do not recommend this command at all and more with friends or the public. Better just in case in solo.
And that Rayman1103 updated this command allowing Zoey to spawn to avoid crash game and that's why when she dies and revives she is passed to survivor name and without talker voices.
If in case you want the best of all l4d1 and l4d2 survivors on the entire map. Use Sourcemod and Metamod with plugins and extensions for better experience. It also works on local server as having your dedicated server.
