SV_CHEATS 1: This requires you to run the "map" command in the console. You will not be able to unlock achievements, it is difficult for your friends to enter due to LAN and other IP connections. And they will all use commands when command is set to 1.

Furthermore, since I was about to install some functional plugins based on sourcemod, I wonder if it's OK to use the plugins together with all my mods subscribed from workshop. Will there be any conflict?
Unfortunately, with the TLS Update. Made some tweaks to restart cvars commands when you change/pass maps.
For example, changing the cvar command with the admin system as: !cvar z_tank_health 4000 or !cvar mp_gamemode versus. And when changing the map the values are restored by default.
But with Sourcemod, changing the cvars commands with the sm_cvars command keeps the changes you put in.
