Known Issues
Unresolvable:
- Transformation items only count the first time any player picks them up. Unresolvable due to no control over adding of transformations, thus this would require reimplementing transformations altogether

- P2-4 touching the big chest results in P1 jumping in rather than all players jumping in like with trapdoors and the cathedral light beam. Unresolvable because any player touching the big chest automatically causes p1 to jump in, which pauses the game and stops the mod from functioning.

- Player 1's card / pill name renders over P4's health and active. Unresolvable due to there being no way to render over the HUD, or move existing HUD elements around.

- P3 and P4's health will render off the edge of the screen. Unresolvable because health is rendered by the game, and there is no way to render over the HUD or move existing HUD elements around.

- Game constantly opens menu if a player's controller is disconnected, effectively a softlock.

- Players cannot join Lost or Judas immediately due to low hp.

- Players always start with starting items, even if not unlocked. Unresolvable due to no way to detect unlocked items.

- Things that do things on pickup tend to do them again when rejoining.

- Revived Lazarus's creep is unstoppable, so revived lazarus's ghost has a creep trail.

- Level generation trinkets / items do not work on players other than the main player. Currently a fix for this is implemented as level generation trinkets being impossible for P2-4 to pick up.

- Ventricle razor portals do not work for players other than the first player to enter them.

- Dying without extra lives instantly deletes the run, even if you get revived through the API before the game ends. This means that runs in which a player has become a ghost cannot be continued.

- Items such as Void, Smelter, Cambion / Immaculate Conception's states cannot be obtained or set and thus are lost when co-op players rejoin.

- D Infinity state not obtainable and thus cannot be rendered.

- Certain items only work when given to player 1, as a solution we've given these items to player 1 when player 2 - 4 picks them up while giving the consumables and costumes to player 2 - 4. The only issue with this fix is when player 1 is dead -- causing players 2 - 4 to lose these effects.

- If player 1 picks up Leo/rock-breaking effect all other players gain the effect, even as ghosts. If Leo/rock-breaking effect is picked-up directly by player 2 - 4 it works completely fine.

- Players 2 - 4 defy crawl space gravity without flight items.

- Players 2 - 4 standing on freshly spawned trap doors doesn't keep them closed causing the team to be pulled.

Report bugs here, I will update these lists as I get to them.

I was playing in Jacob mode and I went to another floor carrying Cain's Eye as player 2. Now both players have Cain's Eye. Screenshot [i.imgur.com]

you probably enabled Jacob Mode or are playing the Quadriplegic challenge, which has P1 control all players. Go to the config challenge and turn it off. Also I'm looking into trinkets, not entirely sure why they're breaking as they are. May require a bit of rewriting.

I gather you will know, but since I did not see it here, I say it just in case. When starting a run, if we leave it when entering again, the partner disappears.

press start on your partner's controller for them to re-enter. character data will be restored.

Hey, me and a friend were playing Co-Op together and we had a few bugs/weird things happen, so we thought we'd make a list incase they are solvable. If this is the wrong place to post it, please let me know.
1. Curse Room doors hurt player two, even when leaving through a secret room next to the curse room (so no spikes, but player 2 takes damage for leaving)
2. We think creep wasn't hurting player 2, but we're not 100% sure.
3. When we had the Sprinkler item, it spawned in every room without us using it, we just had to hold it.
4. Player 2 started as Eden with Infestation 2, but no spiders were generated for either player.
5. If player 2 is holding multiple trinkets, and they want to drop them, they don't all drop at once and must be dropped individually.

I think that's everything, and thank you for making this mod, it's been a ton of fun and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Loving the mod so far! I've encountered some bugs though. After exiting and continuing the run the coop player loses all contents in the void active item. Tear bombs shoots player 1's tears even for other coop players. Exiting and continuing the run also removed all of the consumables that had been gathered.

The coop player can have the trapdoor spawn underneath them after a boss and be forced down it

Fantastic mod, had a couple of bugs that don't appear to be listed...
When player 2 joined, my consumables changed (Player 1 was isaac, player 2 was cain and there were 0 bombs, keys, and coins)
After reviving Player 2, they lost their orbital (ball of bandages level 1)

Also, if possible a setting to change how much HP a revived player starts with (Like start with all containers filled/3 soul hearts instead of just 1/2 a heart), and maybe a setting so that all dead players revive at the start of a new floor, so that people don't have to sit and wait for you to finish in order to play again because sacrifice rooms are not spawning.

Still way better than the silly co-op babies we got without it!

I am having one issue with this mod, I quit out of the game and now each time I run Binding of Isaac it crashes, I don't know why it does it but now it is impossible to play the game. Please help as soon as possible, thanks.

Found a minor issue, don't know if it can be fixed. Colors applied to any player by stat up pills are instantly removed.

True Co-op patch #1 has been released! Read the Change Notes for more details. Most non-unresolvable bugs reported have been fixed.

Alright sweet. I'm still not able to play Binding of Isaac though, each time I start it, the game just goes black and stops working. Please help me quick. Thanks.
