It's totally the color scheme. Carmen Sandiego had the Red Trenchcoat and the orange scarf in the cartoon. So it make sense. But yeah I wasn't origianlly going for that route. I was just going for a generic, ♥♥♥♥ Tracy, Silver Shroud, Gumshoe detective kinda look. Pyro has a fairly high collar that I had to cover up so I opted for a scarf instead of a dress shirt and tie. Near the end I was seriously pondering what color to make the scarf and then when I became aware that Carmen had an orange scarf (Actually it might have been a turtleneck.) I just thouth that would be a cool nod to fans. :)
