How do I get rid off the weapon bobbing up and down with out disabling motion module

You can lower the "Stepping Simulation intensity" under "Details > Bobbing" in the SharpeYe menu.

If you're talking about the stamina bobbing your weapon all over the place, this might fix it for you:
