FIX TO SIGHTS MISALIGNMENT PROBLEM
boys, i found the fix to it: the command is sharpeye_detail_mastermod. the default is 5 which makes the sights misalign very badly, but you can change it to a lower value until you feel satisfied.

for everyone who says "it doesn't work": this addon has not been updated even once since 2013, and there's no way the command would just disappear between the months of May and June 2023. try typing in the command by itself and see if anything appears in the autocomplete section, and if not, try typing in "sharpeye" and pressing tab to go through all of the relevant console commands. if no command like it exists, make SURE you have this specific addon installed and not some other newer version of it on the workshop. if it really doesn't work, then try to disable all other addons that affect your view and only use sharpeye.
