I know this is old but that is called a "deadzone" it allows you to have a small circle in the middle of your screen where you can freely move your move but if it moves outside of that you then move normaly (you will know it from games like ArmA III, and other hardcoreshooter games) I don't know if it is included in this mod because I haven't used it.

Thanks man lol after 2 or 3 years. much thanks! im gonna have to get gmod again to try this! :)

oh and another thing, i dont know if this is something wrong with my game, but using it for periods of time makes the screen shake. it could just be a feature though.

All you do is type
bind (key) sharpeye_focus_toggle
and that should be it
