Run speeds

I hate the gmod sprinting speeds but sharpeye isn't helping at all.
I tweaked the settings and it isn't changing anything.
Help?

do you have J.I Defence Solutions installed? it overrides sensitivity and speed... if you don't, remove any addon that changes speeds
