No,you not need a CSS content, model and textures already loaded in addon.
And i used models from another addon :P( not original css models )

But you don't even need to pay just to see textures

I got mine from CSCHEATS.era.e (I downloaded it legaly)
its a legal website that lets you download textures from valve games
