Stats:
* A throwable secondary weapon with similar effects of the Scout's Sandman Baseball, but more powerful.
Pros:
* Deals headshot style damage
+ 60% faster holster speed (cause your dropping a brick into your pocket; its gonna be heavy)
+ On hit: 60 Damage
+ On hit: Breaks victim's bones (40% slower movement speed)
+ On headshot: 100 Damage
+ On headshot: Concussion! (Health appears overhealed to the victim, Slower Holster and Deploy speed, and 60% less healling from all healing sources [Mediguns, Dispensers, Mad Milk, and even health kits] temporarily. Similar stats as of the baseball where distance increases the stun time.)
+ Overpowered weapon when you have it
Cons:
* You get the brick after 6 kills. You cannot start recharging your weapon until you actually NEED to recharge it. No kills while your weapon is charged will go towards your next charge.
- 75% slower movement speed while held
- 20% slower movement speed in general
- 40% lower arc height (its a damn brick so you can't throw it very far before its dragged down and also so its not super overpowered on use.)
- 50% slower deploy speed (cause how are you gonna lift that thing easily)
Conclusion:
If I'm ever given a job on the tf2 team to create stats for community made weapons, I'd get fired within my first line of stats because I make these things so ridiculous.
+if it hits the enmies face they get stunned and it's a crit

Can deal up to 20-50 damage. Farther you throe it more damage. Shorter. Less damage.
Takes 30 seconds to recharge.
Throwing the item at a temate engis sapped building will remove the sapper.
20+ more damage against buildings.
No random critical hits.
