Weapon STATS
On hit= Enemy is stuned for 2seconds if enemy's health is below 50% and if his health is higher than 50% then his movement speed will be decreased to 25%

Deals 20 damage to enemy on hit

It recharges 5% faster than the jarate.

I was thinking for it to cause bleed cause if you hit someone with a brick they will more than likely bleed or you can still pick it up even if you hit someone
