Howdy! If memory serves, you can get the schematics on this mission, but will need to have a decker on your team. Jack into the matrix (the terminal is near the center of the bunker). One of the nodes will include a list of messages, which includes downloadable schematics. Cheers!

Hello! I'm not getting the weapon option until after I select the anti-venom option. Then the weapon option displays in red. I remember being able to get the weapon years ago. Is there a stat minimum required? Now I've got useless schematics and a useless anti-venom.

@chowmanfu: Can you check what items are in your inventory? There are two venom sacs available and one schematic. You may have only picked up one venom sac so far, so you may need to continue through the level some more or check a previous battlefield for another dropped sac. (Making anti-venom is a priority, and it's intentional that you must use the first sac on that before you can craft an item with the second.)
