Since we have another Japanese weapon, Honor-bound is obvious, and the other effects are as listed

~Positive~
+15% Attack Speed
+30% Deploy Speed
+45% Cloak Battery

~Negative~
-15 Max Health
-10% Damage
~Honor-bound-> If you don't get a back-stab your cloak will be disabled for 7 seconds after switching.
