Engineer should use this instead of soldier.
engi is full of western gear. why not add this to him? (also i like how you took the idea from the rifle of fistful of steel.) (edited: the name is fistful of frags :S)

well its probs a shotgun so that makes soldier,engi,heavy,and pyro able to use it.

Yeah, it should be available for all, but visually it fits the Engineer's southern theming best.

I disagree. Engi has plenty of shotguns as it's. This would just be a generic re skin if it were added for engi. It's supposed to be a civil war themed shotgun, which is why it's for soldier. Besides, both soldier and pyro don't have an exclusive shotgun, so it's a good idea in my book
