Long-Hallway
I've noticed near the Citidel Skybox, there's a room with a long hallway and a big fall. Down there is another room with a mis-textured roof and a odd decal with a advisor-looking face. What and how do we In-Charictarly get down there? Is there a teleport?

lmao this was ages ago. I found out the train shield disables itself at a certain time during the day and you walk in and get teleported to it.
