Hey WOAH buddy... the water is flashing neon!
I was able to fix this by

DISABLING
ambient occlusion

load up the map
right-click anywhere in "primary viewport"
select "render settings..."

UNCHECK
ambient occlusion

press "OK"

It's also a good idea to disable ambient occlusion for your final render.

Well, there is a solution to this problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqmt3vhtV6U
NOTE: I am not 100% sure how well this works with this map yet, as I'm yet to export an animation I'm currently working on using this map.

Very interesting, if your willing to go thru the trouble of rendering twice and all that, it would work on this map

But the bug has something to do with the skybox or something?

I solved the problem. Just recompile the map and remove lights and create your own. Have fun 😀
