Colleges of Magic
I originally thought that the imperial wizard lords were just standard lords that you could recruit through the normal means. I like the interesting use of the VC blood kiss mechanic instead. However, I worry about the balance of it.

I know that that mechanic is has only five bloodlines. Does that mean that it this mechanic is limited to only five of the colleges or could it eventually be expanded to include all eight? Also, having tiers unlocked by money, which isn't as hard to get as blood kisses, seems kind of imbalanced. What if you had all eight colleges, but only one tier per college which unlocked the ability to recruit those types of lords and a small faction (maybe race) wide bonus?

Overall I like the addition, but I don't completely agree with its current implementation. After all, even if one does like it, it is a fairly significant departure from the rest which just introduces a veriety of new lords (with some associated bonuses for certain lords). Whereas the colleges introduce a whole new and powerful mechanic to the Imperial faction. As such, would it be possible to seperate the colleges of magic from the rest of the mod for those who wish to use the new lords, but not the colleges mechanic?

I really like the idea, it deafinitly fits the empire, but i think the perks you get for unlokcing them are way to good. For Example the College of Light gives a Faction wide immunity to psychology when fighting all of the Fear and Terror heavy factions. This and other things seem way to good. Also to have the growth bonus as the last of the 3 perks from amber college also seems counterinituitive to me.
TL:DR: Love the idea, but needs some nerfs/rebalance

The first perk for the Celestial and Grey orders should really be swapped
The Celestial first perk is an ambush bonus which would be more appropriate for the grey order, specializing in obfuscation and deception, and the Grey Order's being a 10% campaign movement bonus, more appropriate for the Celestial Order, studying stars for navigation...
Just sayin'.

Also as Vlad says the Amber Order's bonuses don't really match up to the power of all the other orders.

Over all I quite like the idea. Control over the colleges of magic giving you access to special, powerful caster lords. And they are quite powerful, even without the bonuses.

The College's immune to psych bonus only effects 'characters' so Heroes and Lords, regular units don't get the bonus.

Tier 2 Grey Bonus is the top contender for OP abilities. Factionwide vanguard for all infantry is a bargain and a half at 4000 gold, especially at that point in the campaign. A single building in Altdorf at that tier would cost more.
