Can't Scroll in or out or use keyboard controls
I Can't Scroll in or out or use keyboard controls aswell as tooltips get stuck on the screen whenever a new one appears

damn, must be a mod i added somewhere, now to find which one i guess....

pretty sure if is the Fluffy reasearch tree causing the issues as it stops working when i put that in. no idea why that would cause it but just for anyone in the future :p

Ah! I use ResearchPal, which is very similar to Fluffy's.
