You can add them or not. I'm sorry I left TV for prison in there. You can unsub from that because we have a newer one.

Yes. You need to build a comms bench to receive and quests.

cool thank you :) do you know why i am not getting quests?

i think i have the same problem. nothing happens anymore on my map since update 1.2. I dont know why.
