Yeah, the last few enigmas have just had people guessing and being confirmed/denied in the discussions, so go for it.

So here is my theory:
The Nidus text which is written next to ION mark, can be flipped and rotated to give several different results; one such would be ZUBIN, which, if searched would give the result as a name which means (in Persian) "the man who touches the sky".
Moreover, when flipped and rotated some of the letters resemble that of cryillic alphabet which, if transcribed may give a different word (like flipped U=p and mirror image N=i). if the enigma consists of the latter, then I'm out since I don't know much about the language.

Very interesting, I did a little bit of digging into cyrilic and Russian and when I found the letters most looking like Nidus given the fancified spelling, I kinda got ИІЂПЅ.

That translates to IISP in Russian and ИІЅПЅ in Kazakh. Curtosy of google translate and Wikipedia. Maybe turn the letters a whole bunch of other ways cause I thought the D looked a lot like a sideways E... Or I could be totally wrong. Hope this helped somehow!

Nother edit! Looking at it straight down kinda looks like zhecn which means "two tiered" kinda like a bunk bed in Russian. Given this Nidus skin has a second transformation...?

Sooo... Russian here. From my perspective, the writing above 'ION' looks somewhat like 'Инеси' which reads like 'Inesy' and doesn`t hold any meaning in Russian or Kazakh whatsoever. I know thats a long shot but in case you need consultation or have an idea of what is going on here fell free to ask.
Also, if the first two letters are indeed english ones, then it sure does sounds like the name 'Jessy'(?)

My guess for this Enigma is that this Nidus is based on Lephantis and Ancient Infest in general, is this close?
