Pros:

Unlimited ammo.
Does Crit Damage on marked players.
Alt Fire to mark one player.
(Marked player will change after another person is marked. Marked player takes mini crits from all sources except user's PD.)

Cons:
Mark goes away after five seconds.
Alt Fire has a fifthteen second cooldown.
No Random Crits.

No Ammo Required
Mini version of the charge shot
15 rounds per clip
10% slower reload
No random critz
all Critz are mini critz
50% less damage to buildings
Charge shot does not disable buildings but lowers cloak by 25% and slows cloak regen
Charge Shot takes 5 ammo and requires a small charging animation maybe a third the time for the cowmangler

Pros:
No Ammo required
+25% Damage
+100% Ammo capacity(i mean shots before those reloads on the Rightous b,cow m,and pomson happen)
Has Mini Charged shot,taking 50% of Ammo Bar

Cons:
-25% firing speed
-has a heat meter,that increases per shot,and lowers 1 second after firing,if reached,50 Damage is dealt to user
-Doesn't work underwater

You shoot projectiles that do 10% more damage but they go 10% slower and you have 25% less firing speed. No unlimited ammo because the plasma defender from NV actually uses ammo.
It's called the Defender so:
(+) Double damage against a target that has damaged one of your buildings in the last 10 seconds.
(+) If the attacking target is killed by the pistol, you get to give the building they last hit free upgrades/repairs/ammo, up to what would be equivalent to 25 metal.
(-) No random crits.
(-) Damage increase decreases over the 10 second duration.
(Engineer only, of course.)

I can make it based off it's gungeon version:steamhappy: so,
/listBullets riccoet(i don't know how to spell it) off of walls, damage halving each time
Bullets are non-hitscan and have half the clip size
Projectile CAN be deflected

Whaddya think?

Maybe he should add a Cooldown/ has to recharge after a few shots.

It's a Plasma weapon, and Fallout Plasma weapons have slower firing speeds but more damage. I'll think more about this...
