Mark goes away after five seconds.

(+) Double damage against a target that has damaged one of your buildings in the last 10 seconds.
(+) If the attacking target is killed by the pistol, you get to give the building they last hit free upgrades/repairs/ammo, up to what would be equivalent to 25 metal.
(-) No random crits.
(-) Damage increase decreases over the 10 second duration.
(Engineer only, of course.)

Maybe he should add a Cooldown/ has to recharge after a few shots.
