Whereupon the midjourney of my Reconquest of the Western Roman Empire, I came upon an issue.

For once I had taken many of the lands within Italia, and had subjugated many of the lands of the former provinces, I found, suddenly, that a previously checked off box, became unchecked.

A legion of Rome that had survived for decades had ceased to be. Now, with all requirements checked, all provinces conquered, all prestige accrued, all an aspiring governor soisson could ask for delivered... what? What do I do to solve this plight?
