When the World Stopped Making Sense
Romano-Aramean Mystery
I learned of this culture via the Palmyrene Empire titular title, as it is one of the cultures that can create it. However there are no characters nor provinces (that I could find) with this culture. Using a custom character I was able to divine that it was within the Latin culture group, as a 'sub-roman' culture as mentioned in the melting pot forum thread. Speaking of, Roman-Aramean is not listed as one of the base cultures for melting pots nor is it listed with melting pot cultures. However the post I am basing this information on is accurate as of July 15th, 2017. Seeing as this post may be out dated, I delved into the files. While the existence of Romano-Aramean had already been confirmed by making the custom character, the WTWSMS melting pot events file showed that Romano-Aramean was in fact not a melting pot culture.

So I am left with a riddle to solve: Where are all the Romano-Arameans?

I shall update this as I continue my quest to find this veritable Atlantean civilization in the sands of Syria.

This an exclusively historical culture which is not present in 476. If you have any questions on the forum thread I invite you to comment directly there, as I can't tell here what post you are commenting or not.
The forum post I am referencing is this one

Specifically the one on Romance Melting Pots. I'm just wondering where/when/how the culture is/spawns. Also I don't have a PDX Forum account.

It does not spawn at all, it is purely there for history. By the way, the post you quote is up to date.
