The post-Roman realms like Soissons, and others which has a roman type culture get access to the imperial reconquest. The barbarians around them, like the Visigoths, Burgundians, Vandals etc. seem to get nothing, except for tribute and expensive border disputes. Is that all they ever get, aside from personal claims, or are there some hidden CBs that allow for expansion?
