Manually disabling or customizing population notifications
Find file NotificationPanel.lua in your Steam mods folder: 1247664973.
Open this file with Notepad. Find line:
local population_enabled = 99;
Set number to whatever you like at which population notifications should stop.
Save file as .lua, not .txt!

Thank you for this information and the mod. Is there a way to make this persistent through updates of the mod? I noted today that with the update, I had to go back and re-edit this value to my preferred setting.
